Note 20 Ultra S-Pen problem

Red'd a replacement S-Pen for Note 20 Ultra.  Original S-Pen works with push side button to take photo,,, replacment does not. 

It will work if touching screen but not with button like original pen. 

Any suggestions?

Did S-Pen Air Actions - Reset S Pen,,,, all working fine now.

Did you try inserting the new spen and going to the spen settings then resetting it and syncing it to the new pen?

Yes, exactly how I solved the problem. 

Did not realize it had to be synched to new phone.
