Note 20 Ultra Stuck on "In Process Expedited"

I purchased my Note 20 ultra in November 2020. Till this day the status shows "In process Expedited". I am not sure what that means or what's happening with the order. 

 

Website currently shows that if I purchase a Note 20 ultra today (12-8-2020), it will be recieved by December 11, 2020. 

 

What can be done?

I ordered mine on 11-30. Mine said the same thing until yesterday. It is now in transit for a delivery tomorrow. you may want to give them a call.
