Note 20 Ultra Unlocked July Update

Anyone in the U.S. received the 1gb July update containing the July security patch and dedicated QR code scanner as well as android system optimization for their unlocked Note 20 Ultra?

Not here, Unlocked US software at ATT.

They've released it for international variants and for other galaxy phones including the unlocked s21 ultra and z flip in the US smh

Yeah, I've noticed that even if you have an unlocked us version you still dependant of your current carrier unfortunately.

Yup. All carriers have to release it first for any major os updates. But for smaller security updates, we unlocked users tend to get it first very early in each month except for this month

I read a report on SamMobile that the update is out for unlocked note 20 series phones in Puerto Rico today. Hopefully it will come by tomorrow

Nothing for me yet. Interesting since the security patches have been coming out quickly. I'm hopeful that the Android Auto fix that is supposedly in the July update will fix an issue that I am having.

Yeah and we get the nice and new dedicated qr code scanner. I've read that at&t locked note 20 ultra phones started getting it yesterday. We will probably get it next week or the week after once verizon and t mobile releases it for theirs
