Note20‘Factory Unlocked’ devices not tied to any Carrier will show: ‘Service provider software version: SM-N986U1 (with an unbranded CSC) OYM as ‘XAA’. Since the unbranded active CSC is ‘XAA’ it has no ties to a carrier, and the firmware Security Patches are deployed directly by Samsung.
‘Factory Unlocked’ devices with Carrier-branding will show: ‘Service provider software version: SM-N986U1 (with a branded CSC) OYM as ’ACG (Nextech/C), ATT (AT&T), BST, CCT (Comcast), GCF, LRA (Bluegrass Cellular), SPR (Sprint), TFN (Tracfone), TMB (T-Mobile), USC (US Cellular), VMU (Virgin Mobile USA), or VZW (Verizon Wireless). Since Carrier-branded devices run modified OS firmware conforming to the Carrier’s proprietary interests, its firmware Security Patches are deployed directly by the Carrier.
The three posted videos, two from 'Sakitech' and one from 'Jimmy is Promo', identify the updates to the ‘Factory Unlocked’ devices with an active branded CSC OYM as 'ATT' (AT&T). Jimmy even says so several times during his video. Updates to branded CSC are deployed directly by the Carrier. We who have unbranded phones have not yet received the 2021 July Security Patch, which should have an active CSC code of 'XAA' (Region United States: Unlocked, Unbranded). The August update is not cumulative, so we are also missing nice new added features.

Note20Thank you for your help.
There is confusion about the deployment of firmware Security Patch updates to ‘Factory Unlocked’ devices. There are two types of ‘Factory Unlocked’ devices, branded and unbranded. Apples and oranges. ‘Factory Unlocked’ devices with an active carrier‑branded CSC code receive updates directly from the carrier. The ‘Factory Unlocked’ devices some of us are talking about are ones purchased directly from Samsung as ‘SIM-free’, with an active unlocked, unbranded CSC OYM as ‘XAA’. There is no carrier identity. ‘Factory Unlocked’ devices with an active unlocked, unbranded CSC as ‘XAA’ receive updates directly from Samsung.
