I've had my note 20 Ultra less than a month. When I play games, it fades in and out. How do I stop this?

Note20Yes. It is bright enough, then while I'm playing a game on it, it goes dim. then it repeats over and over again.

Note20sometimes it goes dim when I'm just reading my messages, so there is either a setting wrong, or this is a defective phone.

Note20Is this a problem with this phone, or do I have a wrong setting? it is hard to play or do messages on it when the brightness is fading in and out.

Note20I can see how this issue can be frustrating. Does it happen with any other apps besides your games? Have you tried clearing the cache partition on your phone?
