Just bought the Note 20 and noticed time out was short, went to the settings and changed it to 10 minutes. Before even closing the settings page it switched back to 20 seconds right in front of me. I have spent 2 hours trying every suggestion even performing a reset!! Any suggestions appreciated as I am going to take the phone back to store before my 2 week return period.

To figure out what app is acting funny, you can use the Safe Mode feature. In Safe Mode, your phone won't run any third-party apps.
