Hi Team,

I recently updated my system software and right after software installation procedure was about to complete by taking the last step restart & since then it’s been black screen.

My mobile vibrates whenever there’s a notification but my screen doesn’t displays any activity.

You might have to try booting into Safe Mode or Recovery Mode.

Try a partition cache clear to clean out the software bugs. Here are the steps:

Or just chat with samsung people on samsung website, see what they can do to help... normally you would reach out using the Samsung Members app but since your screen is dead, that would be the only other option (or use someone else's phone to report and get help)
