Note 20 stylus issue

My stylus will not write on the full screen for off screen notes and touch is not recognized in certain places on the screen when unlocked.  Has anyone else experienced this?

Do you have a case on your Note 20? Cases with magnets can cause the S Pen not to work in areas. Try removing the case and see if it works properly.

The store said it was the protector I took that off and it didn't fix it. it was my pop socket OMG!
