I have two Note 20 ultras, a note 8, and S8+. All on Verizon. Both Note 20 ultras lose network connection for 15 seconds then reconnects all throughout the day. The note 8 and S8+ do not lose network connection at all. I've done the 5 things Samsung assistant recommended and did a factory reset and note 20 ultras still lose network connection.

Anyone else having this issue on other carriers?

If you are still experiencing loss of network connection after a factory reset, I would recommend a service repair on the Note 20 Ultra devices. You have an option to visit a local UBreakIFix repair center for a technician to evaluate those devices. Just a heads up, make sure the devices are fully backed up so there won't be any lost data during the evaluation. You also have an option to send the devices to our service center for repair. You can private message any of our moderators if you are interested in going this route.
