Thats better information than I got a couple days ago. "As of the moment we don't have enough information regarding the latest software update release for our Galaxy Note20 Ultra 5G since that is actually depends on Samsung. But no worries, once there will be a new update we will be sure notify you and your phone also ask you to install the latest update automatically when there new released. Sounds good? :)"

Ok guys it worked , had to do option 2 and all I did was walk next door borrow my in-laws SIM card for Verizon pop it in my phone and then go and get the updates I had two system updates.
I've been using it now for a few hours and it works great! Very pleased with the solution not so pleased with TMobile. Samsung not your fault but still there should always be a option to get it and take any risk on our own. You like I actually own the device and should be able to update without asking my cell tower overlord for permission.
