Hello, everyone. My Note 20 Ultra have been having an issue with OK google. It does not pick up my voice. Also I am unable to send voice notes on whatapp as it does not record. I also cannot use whatapps for calls or video chat as I can hear the other person but they can't hear me unless I use head phones. I can use regular phone no problem. I can record video and have sound recorded.
Also check that the apps have permissions allowed for the microphone. Settings>Security and privacy>Privacy>Permission manager
You can also uninstall and then reinstall the apps.
We also recommend clearing the cache partition and repairing apps in the recovery menu.
To get to recovery mode: - Turn off phone - Once off, hold down volume up and power buttons simultaneously - When Samsung logo appears, release power button BUT KEEP HOLDING VOLUME UP until the recovery menu appears - Use volume buttons to navigate down to clear cache (NOT CLEAR DATA/ FACTORY RESET) - Use power button to select. - Run the repair apps option and your device will restart.
