Phone would not switch from wifi to data network, would turn off my wifi, a week after purchase date maybe sooner, blamed Google chrome.. I believed what was stated. I have done all troubleshooting requirements chat, phone, text.. 2 network resets within 4 days, connecting data and wifi still not functioning as it should. Troubleshooting steps connected to another wifi network, multiple devices, only My note 20 ultra is having issues, s10+ no service connects to wifi easily. Since 4/3/21(:thinking_face: Google chrome probably not it) and it's not getting better, trying to schedule for walk in is impossible. Is there another way to seek for assistance that doesn't lead to an anxiety attack?
