I purchased Microsoft 365 via Samsung.com when I purchased my phone and Samsung Care.

I also have yet to receive receive a code and instructions as part of Samsung Access, when do we receive them. It states when order is shipped but so far have not yet received anything.

I bought the phone and received it in November 19, 2020. I called and asked where the Microsoft 365 and one drive 1tb offer is and they said to wait 30 days after phone was delivered. On December 19, I receive a bill for onedrive that shows delivered on December 14.... no letter, no email, no call, nothing. I called and the rep put in a request, didn't go through. called again on the 24th and they put in the request again... today is January 3, 2021, and they said to continue waiting as the issue is being looked at. it's been more than their 3-5 business days. It is ridiculous. I'm contemplating returning the phone because if this is how they are with a silly Microsoft, I'd hate to see what garbage they'd say when doing the upgrade...a program I'm also paying for

I am also in the same situation. I have bought it  in November and I have not heard from them till now. I have talked to them several times
