I have just cancelled a a subscription that I couldn't cancel earlier as I couldn't figure how to as it happened in galaxy store instead of the acrobat for samsung app as I thought it would(I couldn't even use the pro version though it charged me yesterday). I have cancelled before the 14 days which after checking would give me a full refund which is what I am requesting. When I go in the app on my phone first options is services which is mandatory but none of them match my issue thus the confusion again now. I want this refunded as it's £53.89 down the drain for something I will never use as first of all I don't even have the option to as it seems crashed on me and at the moment I can't be around wasting money like that.

When I try to contact adobe the app developers they assign me to Samsung and Samsung doesn't seem to deall with apps and subscriptions and they assign me back to adobe. This has ben going on for 2 days now unfortunately and is proper frustrating. Do you maybe have the correct number or something that would deal with something like this? Many thanks!
