I got a replacement Note 20U and the S pen has not been able to connect, after a restart, the phone's update. Any idea's on what i can do?

Place pen into device. Then put into recovery mode and clear cache, dalvic if possible. Then reboot . If that doesn't work backup all data and reset.

Settings ...apps...pen app...clear data...reboot...

If it is not OEM, it doesn't have Bluetooth

great guidance by Coolman, if none of those steps help fix the issue, then you may need to contact Samsung Members post reproduction of the issue. They should be able to tell you if it's a hardware issue or software issue and provide an appropriate fix
