Please add the iris scan feature to the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra (and Note 20). The fingerprint scanner is not functionally dependable, even without screen protectors. Even when you have the fingerprints in and working one day, within a few days, they no longer work at all, and must be removed and re-recorded to have any hope of functioning. It's so bad that we don't even bother to use it and just enter a pin every time. This is not just my phone, but also family members phones and their fingerprints. From what I've heard, the iris scan worked well on the Note 10. I don't know why it wasn't included with the Note 20 series.
If this is discussed in a forum elsewhere, please understand that I can't navigate forums well, and that I would have submitted this feedback directly to Samsung alone, but could not find a way to do so.
Thank you.

Piggybacking on the OPs' feedback. Samsung needs to update the fingerprint scanner for all their devices. It's so frustrating trying to use your fingerprint, and it hardly ever works on the 1st try. And it's even worse if you use a screen protector. We/the consumer want to keep our devices in good condition, which is why many use screen protectors. But just because we want to protect our device/investment it renders the fingerprint sensor virtually useless. Unexceptable! Samsung fix the fingerprint sensor!!!
