S-Pen use when on swipe gestures navigation

I had my Note 20 (not Ultra, I think in this post, it's important to make the distinction because of the flat screen) since it first came out, and I've also always used the swipe gestures navigation bar since it first became available on Samsung (back when I still used a Galaxy S9+). I've been a regular S-Pen user, but I've been using the S-Pen a lot more in the past month, and it annoyed me more than I'd care to admit that the back swipe gesture limited my ability to use the pen efficiently. This made me go back to the buttons navigation bar indefinitely.

Has anyone had a similar experience? I really like the swipe gestures, and I find the buttons navigation bar outdated, so if anyone has a way to use swipe gestures while still being able to use the S-Pen without having to watch out for the sides and corners of the screen, some tips (no pun intended) would be appreciated. Thanks and more power to you all!
