I have SOS set up on my phone have I have a fainting disorder with seizures. Now I was pretty sure it was set up originally to detect my falls and send text alerts and call a person of my choosing. Now it's not working which I am home alone pretty much all day this is a PROBLEM!!!! I got the phone and watch because it had these functions and now they don't work?! I am quite upset that I spent all the money for these products for these features that now I have to push a button for to work?! Again this is a HUGE PROBLEM!!! I tried to speak to someone about this but of course no-one has any answers go figure. I sounds like an awful person but if ibdont advocate for myself no-one else is going to. Please any help would be greatly appreciated.

I've never been able to trigger fall detection. I tried "falling" into my bed for a good 5 minutes, making sure to hit the watch hard against the mattress and then lay there after, mimicking a fall and it never triggers

You posted this to the Note20 sub-forum ... did you mean to post to a Watch forum ??

I ask because our S22 and S21 phones don't have Fall Detection (you have to use the Side Key to send an SOS), but our Galaxy Watches do

File an error report to actually get a response from Samsung.
