Please review attached image. Can someone explain what the attached means? It says it will be delivered within 35 days for the $30 credit. 

Does it come in form of coupon code via email or ?

Yes, you will receive an email with a coupon code. IME it will be the total 45 days after your device is delivered.

Is it because I didn't claim it at the time of purchasing my Note 20 Ultra? I was offered it during the ordering process. I wasn't aware I could use it for a case at the time lol.
