Bought a Samsung Note 20 Ultra 5G 512gb last year. Had an issue within that just sent and received texts and calls only, unless connected to wifi. It was an international version, so I sent it in to the experts, #SamsungUS. Well these guys got the device and inspection it, but before they actually repaired the device, they charge me ahead of time. About $650 more or less. The charge went into my credit card and did not think  anything wrong about it. WRONG!!! They charge me for the repair, said in paperwork they charged me and were going to repair it, but after further investigation into the device, they decided that they could NOT fix it because it was an international version. Up to this point I understand, BUT I can not understand why they did not REINBURSE ME for a repair that never happened, after all they could not repair it.

All that without taking into consideration all the time I wasted trying to reach them to get an update on the matter. Is like if they did not really care about the case or the owner of the device.

A claim was filed on my behalf this year and up until today I have not hear from them and I am still $650 down.
