I am in the same position as other posters in this thread. I placed three orders in the month of September between the 15th and 26th -- a Note 20, a S20FE, and an accessories order. In total I should have received 3700 rewards points. It is now October 25 and I have yet to receive any points. I called Samsung support and was told I just needed to continue waiting longer.
