Pre-ordered the note 20 ultra & got it already.

On samsung.com it said I'll get 1300 Rewards points for the order but I still didn't get it?!
Can anyone explain how it works? I already registered my device @ samsung...
Have to go somewhere to redeem the points??

I think the small print said it could take up to 35 days.
Did you use a trade in? That might delay things.

you have to wait 14 days of use for them to enter your account.

Same here, tomorrow 9/17 will be 4 weeks of received and I have not seen the Samsung Rewards points yet, I will wait a little more before I call them

I am in the same position as other posters in this thread.  I placed three orders in the month of September between the 15th and 26th -- a Note 20, a S20FE, and an accessories order. In total I should have received 3700 rewards points. It is now October 25 and I have yet to receive any points. I called Samsung support and was told I just needed to continue waiting longer.
