Samsung blocked incoming calls

Suddenly one of my contacts incoming call is blocked by phone. How to unblock?

Samsung doesn't block calls
Your carrier does
Go to your phone and look for your block list the 3 dots and it should say block numbers check to make sure the number didn't get added there. If it isn't check with your carrier
