I ordered a Note 20 ultra and I was supposed to get $150 credit. I sent the customer service tech a picture of the ad which was on the Samsung member app. He then told me to send him the link either knowing that I wouldn't be able to get it because thats not something you can do. Or he was just completely ignorant. Either way its bad business practices, the tech told me I could cancel my order and place another one. I don't have an extra $600 dollars in my account that I can spend while Samsung holds the first $600 I spent originally on the phone.
If anyone over at Samsung see's this know that I will cherish my Note 20 like its the last phone I will ever know and then when I'm ready to upgrade I will take my business elsewhere.
