I signed up for a Samsung promo to get a credit for my turn in of my S9 and purchases a Note 20.  I got all emails saying they received it, will issue me a credit of $300.00 to my TD Bank financing.  This was first started in Oct 2020.  It is now 20 Jan 2021 and still no credit.  Called customer service rep who just didn't seem to have a clue kept asking me for the promo code that was supposed to be in the emails.  No code listed, she was suppose to email me immediately so I could send a copy of the emails showing proof of all their mess. Never got an email from the idiot agent SAMSUNG THIS INEXCUSABLE YOU ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE WITH THIS CRAP!!!! I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER SAMSUNG PRODUCT AND ENCOURAGE EVERYONE ELSE NOT TO DO SO UNLESS YOUR RESOLVE THIS!!! FURTHERMORE I WILL BE FILING A Better Business Bureau complaint not that you give a crap!  Also font get me started on TDBank customer service, they keep you on hold for hours on end, totally messed upcompany as well. I will be filing against them also.

is not samsung
is others helping others
not everything is a product
if you think samsung scammed you, withdraw from the credit program and buy the phone from eBay. it's probably cheaper.

This is not how this works.  Samsung gave you the credit up front.  They took the $300 off of your device cost, and would have charged you if they did not receive your device, or if it did not meet the trade in requirements.  Basicly if your phone was $1300 with a $300 trade in, the your invoice would have only shown $1000 for your device.  That is how the Samsung Trade in program works.  They are not supposed to give you the credit twice, and the BBB will not not help you get a second credit.

No... they said the phone cost a certain amount. You had to return the phone to get the credit. Then after the credit was applied it would reduce that cost after you signed up for their crappy financing.

Weird then, that your situation contradicts their policies, the link I provided is an official samsung one, and contradicts what you are saying.
