Just upgraded to a Note 20 Ultra. Backed up my secure folder on the old phone I had. Sent it off to Verizon to add as credit for this Note 20. We'll, I'm trying to access my secure folder now and it ask for the PIN which I do and then it logs me in but pops up about entering in a password which I've never have done before. I've tried everything including my current Samsung password and it still doesn't work. If I try to cancel it says that I will lose all my files on my secure folder unless I have the old phone (which as I stated, I shipped it off to Verizon)
So, how can this be resolved or am I going to have to lose my files because of Samsung's screw up?
This isn't exactly an issue that can be submitted to Samsung Members so... I would try chatting to calling Samsung for some assitance and figure out what password the Secure Folder is asking for. It could be your own password such as Samsung account password or something else
