Hello, I have an unlocked galaxy Note 20u and I have been getting this error saying sim card not active randomly appearing and needing a phone restart to reactivate it. This started occuring after upgrading my Verizon plan to a unlimited 5g ultra wideband plan. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this issue?

Thanks in advance

I have Samsung note 20 ultra and I don't have problems with my phone. Did you try to remove Sim card from holder and insert again, maybe that could be solving problems with your Sim card,

Yes I tried that. Version also told me to try a new sim card so I did that too without any luck

Make sure Sim card is clean and free of cracks and scratches. What I would recommend if it is a possibility is that your try using that Sim card in a different phone to see if it is faulty/defective. Do you swap Sim cards a lot?

I do not swap cards a lot but I did figure out that one issue was caused by the phone not using global in mobile Network settings.
