Note20Literally all my battery stats have disappeared and shows nothing. It still doesn't report any app usage even tho I'm using a lot of apps

Note20Yes, this happened to me as well. I noticed it this morning. Yesterday was working fine but I just sent a error report. Hopefully it's fixed soon.

Note20- Go to settings, click on apps and bring up the device care app.
- Force stop the app, then click on storage and clear cache and data.
- Go back to apps and look to the right (across from your apps) and toggle system apps on
- Type "samsung device health manager" and bring up that app.
- Again, Force stop, clear cache and data.
- Restart the device and the issue should be solved.

It didn't work at first, On android 11 the process were changed and couldn't do everything. But the next day it was working again. Thanks

Note20Yep! That fixed it! Thank you. Easy fix! I had other issues suddenly today where I lost notification and messaging sounds. Had to reset settings to fix that.
