Spotify and Youtube icons not showed

Hi, I have a new Note N20 Ultra; it supposed the spotify and youtube icons must be showed in the digital samsung keyboard (into the three dots button), to quick add a video or song (for example when you are in a whatsup conversation). However, these icons are not showed. Please help me to fix it. Thank you in advance

do you have AT&T? Apparently AT&T removed these features. I asked this same question about a week ago
