Stuttering when scrolling

Anybody know what is happening to my Note 20 Ultra, lately it's been stuttering when scrolling especially instagram and twitter. I have reduced the screen resolution but it's still doing it. My other phone is not doing this which happens to be a OnePlus phone. Any suggestions?

yeah we figured it out about a month ago. the same was happening on Chromebooks. it seems the pages are being bogged down by Advertisements being injected just beyond the site line of the page. As we scroll they autoload and prepare to be shown . Some of them cause the page format to have to readjust. Kind of like that guy that's always pushing to the front of the crowd at a concert.
