After spending $3000+ with you guys on two phones and two watches, your very own update killed one of your products.

This is the dreaded black screen issue that has bricked tens of thousands of your phones.

Even after YOU acknowledged that it was YOUR fault for the occurrence, you still refused to assist because it landed outside of the warranty.

I should not pay another cent for an issue that your company created. I am in the process of creating a class action lawsuit and anyone interested, please reply to this message. Thank you.

Thank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand your frustration with your screen not operating and would be happy to look into this further for you. Can you please send me a private message with your full model number and IMEI as service would be the next option to resolve the symptoms you are experiencing: https://bit.ly/3fbRevo

Goto a local UBREAKIFIX they will help you resolve the issue.

If needed you can go to this link and setup a mail-in for an in warranty claim with Samsung.

Yeah, tried that. They'll fix it for a cost, as stated in my first post. I'd rather sue and encourage others to do so. Perhaps they'll improve their products next time

You obviously did not... They will submit a warrant extension request to Samsung on your behalf and do the repair in warranty.

Unless you've damaged the device. That may have caused the issue as well.

A lot of assumptions in your post. Both Samsung and Ubreak told me, quite frankly, that the cost was on me regardless.

Unsure what your stake is in this discussion.
