Maybe try doing a soft reboot and if that doesn't work, back up all your data and do a factory reset.

I would also check that all of your apps are up to date in play store. I had this happen once and it SEEMED that my "Carrier App" in Google Play was the cause. You could try updating it, or if it IS up to date, try uninstalling updates and see if that makes a difference.
