Note20Hi, I'm considering buying a Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, but travel a lot - especially in Australia and New Zealand - will my USA version Note 20 Ultra work when I get to Perth or Auckland and insert an Australian/NZ Sim card into it?
Thanks

Note20Unfortunately, 5G won't work (or only partially work) in most of the other countries in the world.
The major 5G bands are n40/78 in Europe and Australia, n66 in Canada, n41/78/79/257/258 in Asia.
Note20Ultra US verison supported bands: n2 (1900PCS), n5 (850), n8 (900), n41 (2500), n66 (1700), n71 (600), n260 mmWave (39GHz), n261 mmWave (28GHz)
But you can still insert a SIM and use GSM/4G LTE

Note20Wow! Thats surprising - but will it work on 4G?
What about the older Note 10+ - would that work? I love the Note series but need to ensure it's capable of working when I'm overseas?
Thanks in adavance

Note20Yeah, note20 and note10 will both work perfectly on 4G. They almost support all the 4G bands in the world

Reach out to your carrier in the respective countries with specific questions!
You might consider purchasing an international model as well which can include a double SIM tray but warranties on those vary.
Hope that helps!

Note20Hi John,
thanks for the suggestions, but the international models are Exynos processors . . . . I don't see good reviews for these and so prefer to buy the Snapdragon version (USA).
