Hi everyone. I have the Samsung Note20 Ultra 5G running Android version 11, UI version 3.1. I am having an issue with the vibration feedback on my phone. When I press any button on my touchscreen, my phone does not vibrate as it should. I have the setting enabled under Sounds and vibration -> system sound/vibration control. I have even tried toggling it on and off to see if that will help.
What has happened over the past couple months is that it will go out for a couple hours, I mess around with my phone (toggling the settings on and off, restarting the phone, shutting it off and on), and then the vibration will come back. This time, it has been out for over 24 hours. I even restarted my phone in Safe Mode and it didn't do anything. I am wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue and if so, if anyone has found a solution to it. I really would like to avoid performing a factory reset on my phone. That would be a last resort step for me.
Thank you in advance for any help you may be able to provide. Please let me know if you need further information from me.

is the phone not vibrating under any and all settings? Haptic feedback, vibrate mode, notification, etc.
In such case, you may have a dead vibration motor. You'll have to visit an authorized repair center to have it checked and/or replaced.
Thank you for your comment. When I posted this, I didn't realize that my vibration wasn't working at all, but you're right - it wasn't. I just so happened to have had an appointment at uBreakiFix yesterday, and they tested the vibration motor and something with the word "pin" in it that connected to the vibration motor and they said that wasn't the issue. They needed to replace the charging port on my phone because it wasn't sending power to the vibration motor. I've never had this happen before since I've owned a Samsung phone.
