Trade in

Hello,

I have purchased and received my Note20 Ultra and just finished getting everything set up and moved over. This is when I noticed I don't have a return label within the bot. I opened my account and sure enough, I got the discount of the trade-in, but have no emails or nothing talking about how I should go about doing this. I talked to the AI chatbot and what it told me was that I have to buy one of the products and select the trade-in deal. I was wondering if anyone could help guide me to the right direction.
