Unable to get rid of Voicemail notification

I've tried everything but I can't  get rid of this vm notification. Please help. 😁

Every time I click on it, it dials my vm and there's nothing new.

I also have a message save from 2017. This message that is showing is saying 11/30. It actually updated itself because it actually started 2 weeks prior.

I've already Googled everything and went into the settings to clear the cache and data.

I would start with contacting your service provider.

Okay, well if this all powerful all knowing group has any ideas I'm open for suggestions. I even did a hard reset and that didn't fix it.
