Just give you a warning about Samsung Support/ Customer Care.
My Galaxy 20 Note Ultra (used just 7 months) suddenly shut down and never turn on. I reached out to Samsung for repair. After receiving my phone, Samsung support sent me email that said my phone could not repair and send back to me. In the next couples of days, Samsung representative called me asking for my approval of a full amount of refund check due to unrepairable phone.
It has been two months now I never got my check, I tried to call Samsung many times for my check status, my call had been transferring to different department and with a promise call me back when my check issued. They never call back or email to inform me that. My last destination was end up in a waiting call. This is very frustrated and disappointed in service. NEVER TRUST SAMSUNG, NEVER BUY ANY SAMSUNG PRODUCT, ALL LIERS
I'm right there with you...financed a phone with them...phone broke and couldn't be replaced....now it's been 2 months and won't refund the phone and still paying on the finance....
