Hi, I have the Note 20 ultra, and my camera takes washed-up (pale) pictures. I never had this problem with my previous Samsung. Does anyone know how to fix this? I have already tweaked the settings, but I find that I look pale in comparison to real life. Thank you!

Are you using a screen protector or case that covers your cameras and flash? Even the clear ones can cause problems

No, actually, I don't have a screen protector on either surfaces.

Ok. You may have to go in the settings and choose a different scene optimizer, color tone, or hdr options

Hi MsGrimsley, I tried it and it still doesn't work. I think it's the camera for the note 20. Thanks for your help though.

Do you have a pic you can show an example, like a pic of a vase or something so we can see how it looks

Does this happen with the front and back cameras, are you taking it inside or outside?

Did you reset settings for the camera app?
Open your camera>settings gear wheel>reset camera settings near the bottom

Or just clearing the data of the camera app to restore default settings.
Device settings>apps>camera>storage>clear data
