What happened to the edge panels?

For some reason the edge panel changed a great deal. I want to swipe to get my apps edge panel and see two columns with 5 icons in each column.  I've searched Google.  I've checked the help files on the Note 20 Ultra. But I cannot figure out how to make the icons smaller and fit 2 columns of icons in my edge panel.

Please tell me this can be fixed.

OMG! YES, that's exactly what I want except I'd rather the theme be light instead of dark.  How did you do that?

Add more apps and the panel will resize itself automatically. The edge panel will be the same as your system theme.

OMG Timur, you are the BEST!  I never once thought to do that. I can't thank you enough for responding so quickly. I've been working on this phone since it arrived on Monday, 3 days ago.

I called Verizon today and he was worthless. He knew absolutely nothing about the phone and kept telling me he was looking at an emulator on his computer.
