What is this message that keeps appearing

Its been over a month that my wife's phone and my phone keeps getting this message from time to time. I have reset the network settings and it doesnt stop displaying the message. Any ideas?

That is a MAC address, I think. I would suspect that your phone is having an issue with your wi-fi. Since both phones are receiving the same message I would suspect the issue is with the wi-fi router and not your phones. Try resetting your home wi-fi. If the wi-fi router is old, you may need to update its software or replace it.
