Where can I get another original Samsung Galaxy Note 20 S Pen in Nigeria?

You can always get a replacement on Amazon they would have something like that

In the US, there is a replacement on the Samsung website but it is out of stock. As LongHiker said, visit the Samsung support page for your geographical area for approiate answers to your problems.
