My old phone worked great but I upgraded in order to get the “faster” 5G speed. Now I constantly have network issues with my Note 20 Ultra. Plus it won’t toggle between 4G and 5G automatically so I have to manually change it. Anyone have any idea?
I thought it should automatically switch where available. Tell me how to switch permanently to 5G on my Ultra so I can keep mine there since I would rather run 5G all day instead of the old 4!
Oh, boy. Not me. I was happier with my Note 10 on 4. I have problems where 5G will show maybe one bar so it will be really slow. Eventually, if it switches to 4, the number of bars rise and the speed is much better.
what carrier are you on? im on verizon and their '5g' isnt great. its like being back in the early 2000's when you would lose calls going from 3g to 4g.
