Well the thing is it's not even available in the settings. I've looked into it and what I found is that Verizon galaxy devices do not allow it. T-mobile, AT&T, sprint does. I will check with them to see why though.

Reason I say is I have a note 20 with a t and t and I have no issues

Body your first mistake was going to Verizon do you use their service Rock them and go to AT&T and they will take good care of you been with them for years

Well AT&T service is crappy. Especially in my area. We had a store but people switched to Verizon. I travel too much to risk nit having service
