application icon moving out from folder

Sometimes when restart the phone, some applications' icon will move out of the folder without any operation of me. I find those applications are all stored in the micro memory card. This thing never happened in those application which stored in the phone's memory.

Is there anyway I can fix this? Thanks!

if you hold a finger on a blank part of the screen, the menu that pops up on the right side, there is a settings button, click on go down lock screen and turn it on.
