At this time it is recommended to report this issue and any logs to the Members App using the steps below:
1. Download Samsung members app from Galaxy store (If not already installed.)
2. Open Samsung members app -> log-in with Samsung account -> Explore -> press “+”sign

This same thing happened to me after system update 8? After the equally worthless updates 9 & 10, still not fixed. I hope this isn't just samsung trying to force us to buy their overpriced charger. That would make me switch brands for sure.
i heard samsung devices does not support fast wireless charging on uncertified 3rd party wireless charger because so many people had issues. i think its better if you could check with the manufacturer and see if their product is certified with samsung for fast wireless charging.
or, you can report this issue on samsung members app and they might tell you if your product is compatible or not
