go to your email click on send email if you notice there a icon of a paperclip hit it that's how you add attachments to your emails

It depends on the e-mail app you use, but you are looking for a paperclip icon.  In Samsung mail (red envelope icon), and in Gmail app, it is at the top.  In outlook and Yahoo Mail the paperclip icon is at the bottom.  If you use any other e-mail app, it might be different, but most clients use a paperclip icon for attachments, as GRANNO stated.
