issues daily with Google play store app updates

I recently upgraded from the galaxy S9 to the Note 20 and before every month or so id have to clear the cache and data from all my Google apps and then clear my history on the app store then reopen it to get the error loading updates off. Now it's, every day and even then can't get my list of apps needing updates to show up.

my apps will not update and will not show up which ones need updates. Also, 80% of the time when opening play store it glitches and flashes

Does this issue still occur when your phone is in safe mode?

do a factory data rest on your phone and let me know what happened
