I dont think Apple watches are compatible with Android devices. normally you can connect it through Bluetooth but Apple being Apple they keep it exclusive to iphones to keep people locked into iphones. I could be wrong though

Apple sharing is locked and will not sync to android. They are not compatible unfortunately.
