I have been having many issues with my note20. I started regretting getting it. It freezes on me, speaker voulme is low, phone calls get disconnected frequently and people can't hear me.
have you updated anything since you got the device, or have the issues existed as is? how long have you had it? where did you get it from? have you tried to get it fixed or called support, or have you just decided to complain without trying to resolve it?
I am up to date with the recent release version. I tried also to go into safe mode and see if issues persist and it's the same. i just wanted to see if anyone else has same issues and got it fixed before I contact support. I got it from Samsung last month.
people couldn't hear me on calls and calls would disconnect. but I have had a couple of updates and that has seem to have fixed the issue. I was attributing my issues to tmobile carrier
