Sim card stopped working on Samsung Note 20 Ultra 5G after latest update

I tried the sim card on other phone, it worked.

I tried another sim card on the phone, it worked also!

Any ideas what is happening here?

I have tried many things, including resting network setting, getting new eSim card with the same number, but still did not work!

Oh ok, awesome! As this is the US Samsung Community, there aren't many individuals here with sufficient knowledge of international carriers and foreign models/features overseas to be helpful. The German Samsung Community will definitely be more on your time zone, and will also have the most accurate and reliable information for your specific problem. I wish you the very best!

Have you tried resolving this problem through your carrier? They should be able to handle this issue rather quickly.

Yes, They checked and confirmed there is nothing they can do from their side!

That doesn't make much sense to me, as it is solely their responsible to fix SIM related issues... especially if other SIMs are working. Which carrier do you have?

Try clearing the cache and see what happens. Check online for a tutorial.

Alternatively, you may have to factory reset the phone. I've never heard of this happening before.
