sprint note 20 5g ultra slow data

Any one having problem with a sprint note 20 5g ultra device where your icon shows a 5g icon connection, but data is slow. Ive been having these issues for the last 4 month with no resolution in sight. Samsung says its a tmobil/sprint issue and not carrier related. I'm so sick of these device and services

actually it is a carrier issue I'm having the same problem with 5G and with my lte phone
the problem is there is too many people on the network plus there's not enough towers
been like this since the pandemic
